Racefolio.pro enforces strict credential verification for motorsport drivers, teams, and circuits matching FIA and national ASN federation guidelines.
1. Private Document Encryption Storage
All competition licences, medical cards, and identification documents uploaded during driver onboarding are stored in private server storage (`/storage/private`). They sit entirely outside the public web root and are encrypted using SHA-256 file hashes. Raw documents are NEVER accessible to the public or search engines.
2. Verified Badge Protocol
Once a driver's licence document, expiry date, and federation licence number are inspected and approved by a Super Admin reviewer, the driver profile receives an official Verified Licence Badge. Sponsors, team principals, and scouts can trust verified career timelines implicitly.
3. Super Admin Review & Audit Logging
Every action taken on a profile (Approve, Request Changes with mandatory feedback, Reject, Suspend) is written to immutable `verification_actions` and `audit_logs` records. Automated notification triggers inform drivers immediately of their profile lifecycle status.
